The Timaru Harrier Club Inc was formed in 1925 and is based in Timaru. Runs are held every weekend during the winter (March through to October) from various locations throughout the South Canterbury area.
We cater for all levels and ages of runners and walkers. The club has around 50 active members - consisting of competitive runners, social runners, joggers and social walkers.
All visitors and prospective members (runners and walkers) are very welcome to participate in any club run.

| Dunedin Marathon |
| Well done to Paul Lynch, Jesse Gibbs, Hayden Dawson & Chloe Barnard who competed in the Dunedin Marathon & Half Marathon |
| Paul completed the Marathon crossing the finish line in 103rd place out of the 210 finishers |
| In the Half Marathon - Jesse Gibbs finished 8th overall (1:19:08), Hayden Dawson finished 28th overall (11th Masters Man) 1:26:03 & Chloe Barnard ran a good time of 1:48:04 to finish in 263rd place overall (57th Women) in her first half marathon |
| This years Dunedin Half Marathon had a field of nearly 1,100 finishers |

| Squire Cup Races - 75th Year |
| Well done to all involved with this years 75th running of the Squire Cup races. It was good to catch up with some of the clubs older members who remember this event well from past years |

| The afternoon tea & official function was enjoyed by all, with many stories shared of past runs held on the tough Silverstream Farm course |

| Timaru Round the Gorges Relay |
| Congratulations to all those club members that took part in the Relay (whether in a team or helping out) |
| The Timaru No.1 team (Andrew Jamieson, David Wreford, Craig Hayman, Jesse Gibbs, Paul Lynch, Roger Tackney, Michael Fox & Ben Wreford) ran well to be the fastest team overall & finish 1st in the A Grade |
| The Timaru No.2 Womens team (Annah Spurdle, Hayley Davidson, Eileen Pullar, Chloe Barnard, Judy Hay, Donna Reyes, Andrea Wreford & Toni Smith) finished 3rd in the E Grade and were the fastest Womens team overall |
